Built in 2009, Creekside of Auburn is one of the most unique and popular apartment complexes in the city. Despite its namesake creek running right through the community, one of Creekside's biggest assets is also its most under-utilized. In conjunction with Woodruff Property Management, myself and interdisciplinary team of designers and urban planners worked to form a master plan to restore and improve the creeks ecology, and make a design new furniture and signage to create a more walkable and safe destination that connects the neighborhood and creates an overall sense of community.
